If you use a testing framework like XUnit ( http://xunit.codeplex.com ), it comes with a feature called AutoRollback and that will rollback the transaction ran in the test so none of your data will change!
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
