Internet Explorer lack of placeholder support, specifically password fields?

In looking at the "Web Forms : input placeholder" section of HTML5 Cross Browser Polyfills one I saw was jQuery-html5-placeholder .

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
