IOS 6 Game Center Turn Based Match Starts With Minimum Number Of Players?

I am having the same issue. What I found worked best was to add players immediately after the match was created and increased my minimum players to 3.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
