IOS — UITextView disable scrolling but enable touches?

UITextView is a subclass of UIScrollView, so you can prevent the view from scrolling by setting the property scrollEnabled to NO .

Just set the UITextView’s content size to be less than or equal to its bounds, this will prevent scrolling and still accept touch events.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
