Iphone: Confusion with Push Notification provisioning profile and AdHoc Profile?

Here the provisional profile is not the thing related to push notification settings. But you need to configure your appID under the apple developers account section and select it for push notification enabled. Under that appID you can use developers provisional profile or distribution provisional profile easily.

No confusion any more.

First you need to create a distribution certificate. Then in the provisioning section select distribution and then create a new provisioning profile select ad-hoc there.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
