90% blockage is not a heart attack (myocardial infarction) but could verly likely lead to one. The arterial plaque can "flake" off causing a disruption in the arterial wall thus activating platelets to form a "platelet plug". This aggregation (gathering) causes a thrombus (blood clot) which can become an embolus (traveling blood clot) which can make its way, via the blood stream, to a coronary artery.
This in turn would block O2 rich blood from entering the heart muscle. This is an example of how blockage can lead to a heart attack! Hope it helps Nick J.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
