A 1099 usually signifies an independent contractor or a small business owner. As such, you will file a Schedule C with your Form 1040. You will write off legitimate expenses against any income earned with the ability to lower your tax liability.

The things you list are not itemized deductions which would go on Schedule A, but business expenses which would be reported on Schedule C. There is no delay this year in filing a Schedule C. Go ahead and file when ready.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
