Is anyone else having issues with snapfish?

Oh yeah! I have used their service for a few months and printed thousands of pictures, literally. However, my recent experience with their customer support has made me think about other options.

After waiting for more than a week for an order (standard shipping), I finally got the package only to notice that they sent me 345 4x6 pictures of another customer. None of my pictures were in the package. I immediately sent them an email to correct the issue, but they didn't keep their promise of 24hr response time for email communication.

Two days later, I got a response from a CSR (note that the center is in India) telling me that they placed my order at 'no additional cost to me'. What? Isn't that what they are supposed to do?

I didn't get what I paid for and I sure don't expect to pay any more. It's been 2 days since I got the email and I had explained in the email to reprint my order and ship it overnight. Forget the overnight thing.

I called their 1-800# in India and the rep told me they don't have access to change the shipping method once an order is placed. Really? I wonder what these reps do other than replying to an email in 50+ hours.

She offered to give me 50% off, but I'd rather have my delayed pictures sooner than their 50% discount: 4x6 prints are 9 cents each for God sake. So, tracydmc70, you are not the only one having an issue with snapfish. I also read that their BBB Accreditation was revoked on 12/01/2010.'F' it is!

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
