It would depend on how much the need for neatness controls the person rather then the person controlling the neatness need. An obsessive compulsive person has little control over the wave of need that comes over them to complete their task.
It depends on how much of a neat freak the person is. If they can't sleep, eat, work, leave the house, or function normally until every single thing is in its specified place I guess they may have OCD.
Being neat and tidy is a good thing, unless you find that it's taking over your life, or becoming something that negatively affects your mood when things aren't exactly how you want them.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
