Is best choice vegetable pure oil ok to cook with?

If you are frying something like chicken,fish or porkchops you can use vegtable oil. I usually put a breadcrumb or flour coating on these items and fry in vegtable oil. I would suggest using butter for scrambled eggs or french toast or grilled cheese.It depends on what you are cooking.

You can also make a great salad dressing with vegtable oil and vinegar using one part oil and 3 parts vinegar and granulated sugar to taste I like it on the sweet side and it tastes like a french dressing!

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
