In my opinion what they mean by Bioshock being a role-playing game is, you make decisions while playing the game. There are characters called Little Sisters and you can choose to save them, or harvest them to gain more atom, which is what they steal from corpses. You do play as the same character, in both Bioshock and Bioshock 2, and I believe you will play as the same character in Bioshock Infinite as well.
But from what I understand a role-playing game can simply be deemed as such when there are choices to make, that effect the overall game play and the route you take. Hope that makes sense, and helps!
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
