Not really sure how anyone could answer this since Inquisition hasn't been released yet. But based on the experience of going from DA: Origins to DA: 2...I think it's going to be a lot less than we might like. I remember hearing all kinds of hype about how your decisions in DAO effected what would happen in DA2 and I honestly didn't see it that much.
I think there was one conversation with a dwarf about what was going on in Orzammar that was clearly influenced by my Warden's actions, and of course there's a scene where Alistair makes a cameo and I have to assume that would play out differently if my Warden hadn't made him King on DAO. And I remember at least a couple of snide comments from NPCs about something my Warden did in Awakening. But beyond that I have always been pretty underwhelmed with how much DAO influenced DA2.
And from what I've heard I'm not the only one. So my GUESS is that it's not going to be that different from the way DAO effected DA2 (also keep in mind that, in theory, your actions in DAO should have some kind of influence on Inquisition as well...), but I'm HOPING that BioWare will have heard how unhappy people were with the reality of DAO's "influence" on DA2 and will have changed that for Inquisition. And I'm hoping they'll have done it in unexpected ways, like making some minor decision you made way back in a side quest in Origins have some huge impact on something super important in Inquisition.
Because that's often how real life works, isn't it? Something that seems totally inconsequential at the time turns out to be the most important thing ever later.
Who knows. Dragon Age Inquisition isn't out yet.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
