Forget the BB gun. You are better having nothing.
I've been shot with a BB gun (rifle type), and I've been pepper sprayed (twice actually). After being shot with the BB gun, I could laugh about it. If I'd been shot 20 times, I wouldn't be laughing, but I'd still be capable of fighting.
After being pepper sprayed, my eyes burned so bad I couldn't open them (despite instructors yelling at me to open them) and I thought I was going to suffocate because every time I inhaled I coughed up more air than I brought in. I don't advocate replacing a good firearm with pepper spray or tasers, but if that's what you're limited to, they are both far better than a BB gun. For what it's worth, I carry a 650,000 volt stun gun as a backup (or alternative option) to my .40 handgun.
3 seconds of shock incapacitate an average person for 15 minutes. You just can't do that with a BB gun. As for your legal concerns, no one (not even a good Tennessee lawyer) can say for certain what will happen to you if you do this.
Police don't always know all the intricacies of the law, and Prosecutors often have personal biases. This is a risk for all of us, but carrying an usual weapon with the intent to evade your State's weapons laws is a sure way to find out how far they're willing to go. Stick with the basics.
Good luck, and stay safe. --Tex.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
