Is declaring war on a nation because of possible WMD and not finding none considered a war crime? is stating?

The 1878 Posse Comitatus Act forbids the use of federal soldiers to enforce domestic laws within our country. The idea of it is to prevent the federal military from taking over the nation and thus leading to a military dictatorship. We don't like the idea of it and we as Americans abhorred it, considering how the British treated us by using its military to enforce domestic laws prior to the American Revolution.

The Act does not apply to National Guard units under state authority so they could be used, but we already have law enforcement agencies for a good reason. Neither it apply to the Coast Guard because they have a responsibility of enforcing the law within its maritime U.S. jurisdiction, in addition of being an armed service. The job of law enforcement officers is to enforce the law, protect civilians, and keep the peace in the communities they serve while the job of the military - Federal or National Guard - is to protect the entire nation, engage enemy forces and to destroy their equipment and their will to fight, and to quell civil disturbances in case local and state resources are overwhelmed.

Organized crime and gang-bangers are not enemy forces, but rather thugs, criminals, hoodlums, etc, which fall under law enforcement matters.

Don't expect corrupt politicos to ever go against their own monetary and prominence interests.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
