Is digi 001 compatible with Focusrite Liquid Saffire pro 56?

My question is simple. Can I use my Liquid Saffire Pro 56 with the digi 001 and expand to 16 in/outs via optical ADAT? I hope you guys answer soon because I haven't buy the digi 001 yet until know that they are compatible.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
