Is Generation X weakness their skepticism of the future? Is Generation Y smarter and more adaptive to new technology and approaches?

I am part of Gen x (i guess It doesn't seem like it's clear who is included in that label). I am the youngest amongst them, though, because I was born in 1981. I believe that people who are in their 50s at most are into technology and have adapted well to it, mostly because they encounter technology through their children and their careers.

I think that the people who are near retirement age and beyond have trouble adapting to or dealing with what's new. Maybe generation x has trouble putting technology to good use and generation y knows how to better manipulate tech for their ends.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
