Is hospice movement going beyond end-of-life care?

Something missing here. Robin's father would not have been admitted to hospice unless he were near death - having "another 15 years to live" is not near death. If I need it, I hope that someone would be kind enough to sedate me to death.

I cannot think of a better way to go than a good nap. These accusations will get worst as we aging baby-boomers fill up nursing homes and hospices. I don't want my children's generation to go broke taking care of me and I don't want nosy busy'bodies interfering with my wishes.

Typical boomer - want to control my destiny. More.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
