Yes, where incest is defined in law, it almost always is legally incest. It is worth noting that there are US states and other countries where there is no law against consensual incest, especially between siblings. It is also interesting that in some places, even if it is illegal for siblings to have sex with each other, it is legal for them to use artificial insemination for one to get the other pregnant.

I support the rights of an adult,regardless of sexual orientation, to share love, sex, residence, and marriage with ANY consenting adults: full marriage equality. There are many same-gender siblings who have done everything from experimented with each other, to sharing a lover, and some have had lifelong spousal relationships.

It definitely doesn't require a possibility of pregnancy, but you'd have to look at the individual state laws. They usually relate either to marriage or to "sexual intercourse". And you have to look through other laws, or even case law to figure out whether "sexual intercourse" includes homosexual acts or not.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
