I think it's OK to breast feed a baby just about anywhere Great question. What I'd like to know is, is there someplace where it's NOT OK to breastfeed a baby? Possibly while scuba diving or skydiving.

Yes In my opinion, it is okay to nurse anywhere. I nursed my son up until a week before his second birthday. While some people staring or making comments (including my own family), I nursed anywhere and everywhere.
