Is it bad that I believe in God but I disagree with the whole homosexuality sin?

Yes, this is very true, Many people throughout history have practised homosexuality and prostitution. However, to the true God, these practices have never been acceptable along with others such as Murder, bestiality, fornication, adultery etc and the bible therefore calls them a sin against God and has stated many times throughout the OT and NT that they are unacceptable. In the OT we had a very good example with the account of Sodom and Gomorrah.

God sent his angels to destroy Sodom early in human history—Ge 18:16, 20-33. The city showed it deserved destruction, for a vile mob of residents of Sodom, including boys and old men, surrounded Lot’s house, attempting to rape his angelic guests. The next day, after Lot, along with his wife and two daughters, left the city, Sodom and Gomorrah were destroyed by sulphur and fire.

(Ge 19:1-29; Lu 17:28, 29). Also in the laws given through Moses, God specified sexual practices that were abhorrent to him—namely, adultery, incest, homosexuality, and bestiality. (Leviticus 18:6-23) Later in the NT, Jesus Christ restored God’s original standard of monogamy (Mt 5:32; 19:9) Next Jesus listed fornication and adultery among the “wicked things that issue forth from within and defile a man.” (Mark 7:21-23) Many people don't realise that the Greek word for fornication carried a broader meaning than that which is used today.

In that language it described all forms of sexual relations outside lawful marriage, including homosexuality. The Greek word translated “fornication” is por·nei?a. The word is defined as “prostitution, unchastity, fornication, of every kind of unlawful sexual intercourse.”

Porneia is understood to involve the grossly immoral use of the genital organ(s) of at least one human; also there must have been two or more parties (including another consenting human or a beast), whether of the same sex or the opposite sex. Jesus Christ further showed the wickedness of fornication by classing it with murder, thievery, wicked reasoning, false testimony, and blasphemy. He pointed out that these come from within a man, from his heart, and defile him.

(Mt 15:19, 20; Mr 7:21-23). Even after Jesus went to heaven it was addressed. (Revelation 21:8) But as for the ... fornicators ... their portion will be in the lake that burns with fire and sulphur.

As Jesus personally hand picked and trained his apostles, this is of great interest to any Christian as they strictly followed what they were taught.

The apostle Paul points out that fornication is one of the works of the flesh, the opposite of the fruitage of the spirit of God, and warns that the practice of fleshly works will prevent an individual from inheriting the Kingdom. (Ga 5:19-21) He counsels that the Christian should deaden his body “as respects fornication.” (Col 3:5) In fact, he warns that it should not even be a topic of conversation among Christians, who should be holy. —Eph 5:3.

What Jesus faithful apostles taught regarding homosexuality/fornication (pornea): (1 Corinthians 6:9) . . .

The error in your thinking is that you think homosexuality is a bad habit and that it is against nature. For one, a habit can be broken. A gay man can have as much straight sex as he can, and homosexuality cannot be 'broken', so to speak.

And, homosexuality is not bad. It is not good or bad. It is neutral, the same way it is not good or bad to be a certain race.

Also, homosexuality is natural occurring, so how could it be against nature? There are fake gays out there who act just for attention, but true homosexuality is something that occurs naturally in the womb. Some people believe that it is nature's way of thinning out the population.

Natural selection, of a sort. But.. I do not think that it is a sin against (a) god. Although I'm not Christian, there are studies that show that the verses against homosexuality are mistranslated, so if it's not in the religious writing, it must be okay.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
