Is it because of a new Serpentine belt or another belt causing this awful squealing noise?

Hopefully all you need is a serpentine belt adjustment. Worst case scenario would be the need of a new belt tensioner, or your have the beginning signs of a belt component failure such as your alternator or power steering pump. Obviously you need to hope a belt adjustment is all that is necessary.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
