As a fan, I loved it. Been a fan for a long time. Saw them in 89' , the bridge series, and then 02' lost to the Angels, which if you look at it on paper had way better offenses.
This group, made up of "misfits" were the underdog all year and throughout the post season. This group of players worked really hard and as a team with not one being labeled a "superstar", well besides Lincecum. Each winning game had a different hero.
I'd say it was great for baseball because honestly everyone is tired of the Yankees and Philadelphia in the WS.
Awesome. I respect the Giants, as Buster Posey is my favorite Catcher in the league, and I really like Lincecum. I'm happy for them and their fans.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
