NO, it's not sexual harassment unless he forces her to kiss him and she keeps resisting or saying "No". But in most cases kissing your wife without permission is not wrong or considered sexual harassment. Lol.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
