This is not illegal if you have the symtoms and its prescribed by a doctor. You need to take this to court and tell your doctor about it and it will turn out alright because he is the one that has been on it legally. It is illegal to carry it around and take it if its not prescribed to you.

I believe as long as you have your medication in the exact container you got it in, labeled by the pharmacy, you are always ok. You can not put your medicine or pills in an unmarked container.
