Is it illegal to receive an email that wasn't marked classified and contained information that wasn't classified at the time you received it?

Looks like they may never find anything illegal to pin on Ms. Clinton. But her reputation has been damaged, and it's partly her own doing.

She's prolonging the agony by responding to questions in a piecemeal, evasive fashion. And whenever she says she didn't know she was doing anything wrong, or that others were in charge, or even that previous officials have done something similar, what's the public response? Either (1) She's lying, or (2) Egad, she was running the State Department.

She should have been on top of that stuff.

Hilary was taking donations from the russians, chinese, and al jazerra while negotiating with them on government business and she did not want prying eyes to see that. Why would you wipe your server if you had nothing to hide. And third she is a CLINTON and they like to parse words.

"I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY EMAILS THAT WERE "MARKED" CLASSIFIED." The woman is lying. I know she is lying, you know she is lying and the majority of citizens in America think she is lying with 64% saying she is lying.

The head of each Federal agency shall make and preserve records containing adequate and proper documentation of the organization, functions, policies, decisions, procedures, and essential transactions of the agency and designed to furnish the information necessary to protect the legal and financial rights of the Government and of persons directly affected by the agency’s activities. (44 U.S. Code § 3101) All employees must be aware that some of the variety of the messages being exchanged on E-mail are important to the Department and must be preserved; such messages are considered Federal records under the law. (5 FAM Foreign Affairs Manual 443.1) I did not email any classified material to anyone…” proclaimed Hillary Clinton at her March press conference in an attempt to quell questions about the unsecure server she used for all State Department business.

Cleverly, Clinton dodged the fact that she received classified email on that vulnerable server, conduct also in violation of 18 USC 1924, which makes it a crime to have classified information at an “unauthorized location.” Just ask General David Petraeus.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
