Is it legal for city cops to stroll through parking lots and hotels and apartment complexes with drug dogs?

Most apartment units require everyone have rental insurance. Sue the owner of the dog and the complex for the medical expenses. The complex may inforce the rule going forward and/or your lease may not be renewed.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
