NEVER send to Nigeria - you have no protection from either Ebay or Paypal when they reverse the transaction or the person whose acccount they hacked reports it and gets their money refunded Ebay and Paypal DO NOT allow accounts from Nigeria because 99.99% of transactions are fraud. And you have NO protection from Ebay or Paypal if you do NOT ship to the buyer's registered address. Since neither Ebay nor Paypal register addresses in Nigeria, by choosing to send there it's at your own risk.
You WILL be scammed There is NO reason why a Nigerian would BUY a used laptop on Ebay when computers in Africa are less than half the price as in the US due to local purchasing power. Do you think there would be so many Nigerian internet scammers if computers weren't incredibly cheap there? Do not respond to the buyer - report this to Paypal and Ebay ASAP that the buyer is from a country you don't send to- your listing fees will be refunded But DO NOT complete this transaction.
I wouldnt risk it,alot of people get scammed by Nigeria by purchasing and sending items...DONT DO IT! I almost got scammed by them by trying to purchase a yorkie pup..... at the time I didn't know much about these scam artists it seemed too good to be true!....i did some research and found out I wasn't the only one they were trying to scam! DONT BE FOOLED!
Hope this helped and good luck!
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
