According to me you should buy from these which are in your budget. Nokia 603 Motorola DEFY + Nokia 603 is a very good smartphone in the range of 15000-16000 as it has 1Ghz processor with a 3.5 capacitive touch screen with 360x640 display resolution, which is quite good & a 5 mp camera with 720p recording. Now if we see Motorola DEFY + it is an awesome choice to choose, as it also has a 1Ghz A8 cortex processor & has a 3.7 inch capacitive touch screen with 480x854 display resolution, also have a 5 mp camera & 30 fps recording... It includes an awesome feature that it is a fully dust & waterproof smartphone & has a gorilla glass display... According to me both are awesome, but the choice is yours...

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
