You can always go onto your own Hubs and read and edit them using the "edit" button in your Hub list in the "My Account" section at the top of the page. You CAN NOT click on your own ads. Doing so is considered AD FRAUD and you can be banned from HubPages for doing so.
I hope that this helps! JSMatthew~.
That does help...I knew not to click on the ads but I just was not sure about going back into the hub pages. Thanks for your help! If I go back in under edit do you know if that shows as a page view?
I am just trying to get a feel for whether or not some of the views might be my own particularly on some of the earlier hubs when I kept going in and out. I am going to try to track it a little on the most recent one I published but I am just curious to know.
To answer your second question, yes, every time you view your hub that is counted as a page view. However, in terms of the accolade of 1000 views, only other people looking at your hubs count. Therefore, you will reach 1000 *total* views before hubpages will congratulate you on reaching 1000 views.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
