Stick to one at a time (if you must change). This way if it causes allergies or gi upset, you'll know the culpret. Changing formulas too often can cause gi upset (nausea, vomiting, diarrhea &/or constipation)also.

I have no kids but am a nurse (20+ years) and have taught nutrition and peds.

Keep formula the same if possible Ryan, although you can change up your baby's formula it isn't recommended. The reason being is your infant's digestive system is so fragile for the first couple of years, that you need to be as easy on it as possible. Changing a formula will typically lead to changes at least temporarily in the baby's digestive habits.

These may be loose stools or constipation, or nausea and vomiting, which can in and of themselves lead to other problems. If a doctor has put your baby on a specific formula there is likely a reason for it. If you are considering changing the formula, please speak to your pediatrician first to make sure you are still providing the same quality and nutrition in the new product..

1 Similac was the best for my sons....who could not have dairy. Soy baby formulas can block thyroid. My sister's kids needed a dairy/soy/gluten free formula.

Some formulas have DHA etc for the brain and eyes...I did not use a formula that had iron...gives constipation and few babies may need iron. I would use reverse osmosis water...not fluoride water. Best wishes.

Changing formulas is ok...but you may find one that works the best for your baby.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
