No. Waterstop-RX should be adhered in place with CETSEAL. The adhesive secures the entire length of the waterstop installation so that the product can not shift or float during the concrete placement.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
