You can't work around that, but you can use Skype, which is a VoIP service like Google Voice, and you can get your own incoming number without having to verify yourself. However, 911 will NOT WORK with VoIP services. Keep a cell phone around, even if it's deactivated.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
