Endorsing the person in your party with the best chance of defeating the opposing party IS standing by principle. First set forth very eloquently by William Buckley, who said, "Vote for the most conservative candidate who can win." Paul has a great following, but it is limited.
While his voice should be heard, he cannot win the general election. Romney can.
Romney's first act would be to try and lower the tax for businesses and the rich. Lowering from 35% to 25%. This effect would be 40% less money paid into the government fund.
What would the country look like when 40% less money then we have now is received from the rich?
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
