Not really. Unicode is a standard. The characters are defined and characters can not be inserted or removed.
There are modifications available for Unicode. UTF-8 is a popular one. So, it would be possible to create your own standard.
However, a standard is only as powerful as the people who use it and if you create your own, it would likely only define your character set and would loose many of the advantages of unicode itself. Here is the Wikipedia article on Unicode: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Unicode_(UTF-8).
Unicode is a code map or a number which maps to a glyph representing the symbol. A standard committee approves new glyphs, so Unicode 2.0 and Unicode 3.0 will differ in the new glyphs added.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
