Is it possible to get an animal neglect II misdemeanor charge to be dismissed if I can prove that I had no criminal intent and the dog is ok?

I'm not clear how you expect anyone to know if you can prove intent. You were the one there, did you have a witness or a video or anything? If not, seems like that's your answer.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
