Is it possible to grow another inch after you have fully grown?

Hmmm...on a lighter note, my exhusband used to tell me to eat a lot and hang from trees, because I was so short and skinny.....But no, I wouldn't think it was possible. It would be more likely that you will eventually shrink in old age, actually. I think we all do...I have never heard of any way to grow an inch.

I would be very surprised to hear of one. I would just make sure you have good posture and then accept yourself the way you are. It's what God intended.

You can actually, if you suspend yourself from legs in the gym a little everyday, it will make an effect...or apply alexander technique... your posture will change, and you will look taller.

Most people easily grow another inch -- OR MORE -- in circumference. But seriously, are you kidding? Of course, you could go to some country where they break your legs, put titanium rods in them to lengthen them, then sew you back up.

I understand it might be a bit painful and take a little rehab, but what the hey.

Yes... but it will take more than some year. Also, you should try more and more time spending only with it...

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
