Is it possible to post to a Facebook user wall as an application or page using the Graph API?

You can read everything you need to know in the documentation . You just need to issue a HTTP POST request to the graph path /PROFILE_ID/feed and provide all required fields.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
