Just about anything is possible, but this would be difficult. I think the body/chassis is different. You also have a different transmission between the two bikes; 6 speed on the 650R and 5 speed on the 250R.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
