So for the proposed situation to work, you would need your friends cell phone to look for, encode, and transmit the code to your cell phone where it would be unencoded, and re-transmitted on the proper frequency. I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
