It depends on you, but generally doctors allow 800 mg every 6 hours or so. (This is what my husband and I have always been told after surgeries, etc. And this is the dose of the prescription ibuprofen that they give as well.) What you want to watch for is stomach issues. Drink a full glass of water (or juice, etc. ) and/or have some food with it just to be safe Ibuprofen is the strongest OTC pain reliever BTW.
If these do not help your headaches, you should talk to a doctor about it if they continue to bother you. :).
Unless your allergic to it or it's made you sick before you should be ok at that dose. Doctors have prescribe up to 800mg tablets of it and I never gotten sick. But for a headache 200mg is more than enough.
Yea 3 shud be fine but don't take any more than that, too many can cause serious problems in your stomach.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
