Is it safe to do a colon or kidney cleanse while breasfeeding?

You still might need bottles, I'm a lot of cases a first time mother is not able to produce enough milk for the baby and baby end up not getting enough. You can still breastfeed and formula feed. The number one thing my friends have told me to have is PADS.
