Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. John 14:6.
Jesus "Yeshua" "Emmanuel" is God, there is no other God.
Jhn 14:7 If ye had known me, ye should have known my Father also: and from henceforth ye know him, and have seen him.
Jesus is the Messiah, the living son of God and God in the flesh, the devine trinity whom can save your soul and make your life clean and pure of sin.
The title 'Messiah' comes from the Hebrew language: it means 'anointed one'.
Christ comes from the Greek 'Christos': this also means 'anointed one'.
So could you all please stop using these two words together in the same sentence; sentences are supposed to make sense.
Another thing - John: the guy that wrote the gospel not the Apostle - never met Jesus, he probably never set foot inside Judea because he was a Greek speaking exile living in present day Turkey. Ever heard of the Diaspora?
One more thing - there were a great many claimants to the title 'Messiah' wandering around Judea and Rome's Eastern provinces in the first century AD. Try googling 'The Egyptian Messiah': this guy managed to muster an army of 30,000 men; enough to take on a legion. Then there was 'Simon Magus' whose followers numbered in the thousands.
When you come across the term 'antichrist' - in the epistles (not Revelation) of St John the Divine - it is these people that he is refering to.
Jesus is the Messiah for sure. When Jesus is Baptized in the River Jordan by John the Baptist, as Jesus rises out of the water, Almighty God announces to John and the people present that: "This is my Son, in whom I am Well Pleased. " meaning Jesus is the Son of God and the Messiah.
John 1:41 says ...'We have found the Messiah which is being interpreted ,the Christ'.
Jn 4: 25,26 . The woman saith unto him I know that Mesias cometh, which is called Christ :when he is come he will tell us all things'. V 26 JESUS saith unto her, I that speak unto thee am he'.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
