Is making my own eyeglass lenses practical?

Yes, you can get finished lens(ground to your Rx by a lab, most optical stores also order them through labs) and cut it into the frame you chosen, all you need is to make sure is the fitting of the lenses and the optical centers are in line with your puiples but you need to find someone willing to supplie you the lenses, rightnow it is probabaly very hard to find, but we are in the process of setting up DIY Optical, so you can get finished lenses and technical help. I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
