You should discuss it with someone who is in charged. If nothing changes and you plan on switching jobs anyways then you should bring it up to the parents. I have a 3 year old daughter and if something like this was happening at her day care I would want to be notified.
It doesn't matter if it is not physical abuse, sometimes words can do more damage than people think, especially with kids. I have worked with kids and would never allow someone to yell at them to the point were they are afraid of the people who are employed TO TAKE CARE OF THEM.
You should report her. I would hate it if I found out my daughter was getting yelled at in her daycare. If she doesn't know how to handle kids she shouldn't be working there.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
