Is my boyfriend responsible for my medical bills (alcohol related)?

Usually when you take part in a sporting event you know there are certain dangers and accept that responsibility. There are two issues here that if found by the court to be true might help. 1.

Negligence: This is really the only way the owners of the park are going to be responsible in any way. The question will be if they were negligent by leaving the other base out in the field. 2.

Did the umpire have the authority to "contract." Which is what you are claiming he did when he made the comment about medical care. Any way it goes you are going to need a lawyer.

It's not hard to remove them. It might be harder to remove them if you've been drinking. It is also harder to not fall down if you're drinking beer.

I don't like your chances for getting any money. More likely everybody will laugh at your boyfriend for hurting himself playing a recess game drunk.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
