I don't know about the company but I know the BBB will list companies as reputable if they give them money. I have a great deal of experience with the BBB and I think they are next to worthless.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
