Is Neptune near the asteroid belt?

It's not close to the asteroid belt, but as the furthest planet from the sun it is 'near' to another collection of space debris called the Kuiper belt.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
