Is Obama's targeted killing of Anwar al-Awlaki an impeachable offense?

Paneta & the JOSC only informs the incumbent of the operation. Office of Strategic Services, Central Investigation Services, Joint Special Operation Command, & the pentagon (All commissioned decades ago) had been at the job for a decade gathering information, recon, & spying. The incumbent appointed paneta for being a liberal serving in the clinton admin & didn't know or consider that paneta was going to continue the hunt with all information gathered from the previous admin.

Do I agree on Ron Paul? NO! Assassination would be killing to remove from power (administrative/Judicial position) who isn't recruiting, condoning, & sponsoring acts of terrorism (attacks against unsuspecting civilians).

The war on terror is still in affect since 9/11/01. Al Queda, its Operatives, & leaders have been provoking & waging attacks in the name of a holy war since before 1993 WTC Bombing. War is war, if the aggressor or target of aggressor doesn't surrender, then supper the consequences under drastic measure.

Carpet Bombing of germany & nuking hiroshima & nagasaki were consequences of drastic measure for refusing to surrender when their war was lost. Insurgents combatants in occupied germany who were still resisting weren't given trials, but straight to a firing squad. Where german insurgents were in hiding or active, french tanks bombarded the whole town to flush them out.

Al-Awlaki lost his citizenship by committing treason against the U.S.. Citizenship should be revised to which 1st or 2nd generation through natural birth with 1 or both parents are natural citizen by birth in the country. For the highest seat in office 2nd or 3rd generation through natural birth with both parents are natural citizen by birth. I Agree with Ron Paul on the grounds that the general welfare of the U.S. or any sovereign should be for a governing body to protect its Sovereign from foreign or domestic threats to protect its way of life from abruptly changing its costumes, language, rights, prestige & rule of law into a foreign sovereign's will, domineering or not.

A sovereign concern is for the prosperity of its self reliance through its citizens self reliance/economic freedom & defend that self reliance/economic freedom with a strong military/law enforcement, to provide a safe environment for its law abiding citizen & business to live & exist in, respecting each others property through commerce & trade using currency or property in return. Governance must not curry favor to some & should keep everyone honest by crushing corruption, grand theft of blue/white collar & inside jobs, smuggling/trafficking & heinous crimes in order for fairness to flourish on a level playing field of opportunity. As far as self righteous humanitarian causes, millions died under stalin & Mao Zhe Tong Yet the U.S. never intervened but only spied & signed treaties with.

Perhaps these two nations were too formidable to challenge without a heavy toll all across the board. Cuba & North Korea are less formidable & still no intervention in the likes of Libya. Iran is a rising threat but no intervention.

Those who says that it's our responsibility to prevent massacres from around the world are full of it. What happened in cambodia, burma, rwanda, Nicaragua, & Formidable countries the U.S. couldn't do anything about. To say that it is the U.S. responsibility to stop these massacres is to say the U.S. should Conquer the world & impose it's virtues on the world to satisfy their self righteous arrogance, sanctimonious image.

The British empire had the largest empire but only over those less formidable & mostly loin clothed stone/obsidian spear wielders. The Mongols were the only ones to challenge more formidable empires throughout the far east, middle east, & eastern Europe & Won, though it did not last long. The U.S. don't need to be policing the world to spread their self righteous & sanctimonious image.

But if the U.S. or any other sovereign is attack in an act of war to provoke & intimidate by outside forces then a course of action in retaliation is within the rights of the U.S. or any nation when the nation providing refuge to the attackers aren't willing to apprehend & extradite. When it comes to Education, Abortion through private funding only & Prostitution, Cronyism, Ending entitlements/Foreign Aid, Spending, & borrowing I Agree with Ron Paul. Awlaki was a terrorist, he stopped being an American the day he declared war on the US and innocent Americans. The only thing I regret is that We wasted a whole missile on this scum when a bullet would do. Ron Paul can shove it.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
