Is Oceania and Asia combined for the Olympics or just the Paralympics qualifying games?

There are always questions as to why one bid wins over other bids, we do know that sometimes the winning bid bribed the committee members. Recently the top leaders of FIFA were indicted on corruption charges, and we realize that large sums of money can tempt many to do things they would not do. We can only guess why Rio has suddenly burst onto the scene in world sports competitions.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
