No I don't think he is the second best player in the NBA right now. I do however think he is in the top 10 in the NBA. He is a great center and all around player and might be second best for a Center but compared to everyone else in the league no.

Also, I see you provided only stats from the playoffs...im not a Laker fan so I'm sure how well he did during the regular season. Although my hats off to him playing well in the playoffs.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
